I am an agricultural/natural resource economist with extensive training in  agricultural and resource economics, welfare economics, public policy analysis, applied econometrics, and social science research methods. I conducted research on economic policy reforms, food security and rural development, and economics of natural resource management. I also have teaching experience from universities in Sri Lanka, Canada and  the United States.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
